Goal

Develop a single-level residence with a comprehensive proposal, articulated around a central courtyard that strengthens the spatial connection and the interior-exterior relationship under a minimalist and contemporary language.

Challenges

Achieving fluidity and coherence between spaces while maintaining formal purity, as well as balancing the minimalist aesthetic with warm contrasts that will provide comfort and habitability.

Outcome

A contemporary and harmonious home, where the central courtyard organizes the spatial experience and the warm materiality complements the architectural clarity.
