Goal

Reinterpreting an existing residence in Dallas’ Historic District, respecting its original elements and developing a classic-contemporary proposal with a strong artistic and material focus.

Challenges

Integrating a new plant from the existing structure, complying with historical guidelines and achieving coherence between the preserved elements and the new leading materials, such as Calacatta Viola marble and special tiles.

Outcome

A home with a solid identity and eclectic character, where the original architecture and contemporary intervention coexist in balance, consolidating sophisticated and artistically curated spaces.
